Accommodation, Conference, Registration and Check-in :
Conference participants may need a Chinese visa to enter China. Please contact your travel agent or visit the website of the Chinese Consulate/Embassy in your country/City for exact details on the visa application procedure as soon as possible. (Please click Visa Free Policy of China to find out whether you need to get a visa).
If attendees apply for the Noncommercial Visit Visa (F Visa)，an official Invitation Letter will be needed. Please fill in the Visa Information Form and Contact Us for the official Invitation Letter to assist your application.
NOTE:
1. It is the attendee's responsibility to apply for a valid entry visa on their own. The organizing committee of the Symposium is unable to apply for entry visa on behalf of the participant and can only assist in providing the Invitation Letter.
