NOTE:

1. Early bird registration for the conference ends on August 15, after which regular registration prices apply, including on-site registration.

2. After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.

3. Registration Fees cover abstract book, the welcome party, coffee breaks, lunch, conference field trip and gala dinner.

4. The registration fee does not include: Accommodation, Visa application fee, Transportation fee.

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

6. The submitted abstract needs to be reviewed. Excellent person will receive free registration and five nights of accommodation.
